These terms apply when you visit officialexo.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. "EXO", "we" and "us" mean the business operating this store. "You" means anyone using the site or buying from it. You must be at least 18 to place an order.
1. Our product is a cosmetic
The Deep Collagen Ampoule is a cosmetic product for use on the skin. It is not a drug or a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this site, including articles, reviews and ingredient information, is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under a doctor's care, ask your doctor before using a new skincare product.
2. Using it safely
Check the full ingredient list before you buy, and do not use the product if you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredient. We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use. Stop using it if you experience irritation, redness or any reaction that concerns you. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Results vary
Skin is individual, and results depend on skin type, age, consistency of use and other factors. Reviews, testimonials and before and after photos on this site reflect individual experiences. They are not a promise that you will see the same results.
4. Orders, pricing and availability
All prices are in US dollars. We work to keep every price, description and image accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been placed. We may also limit quantities per person, household or order, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where we suspect fraud or reselling.
5. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, your order repeats automatically on the schedule you selected and is charged to your payment method at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time. Full details, including how to cancel, are in our cancellation policy.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Before you open a dispute
If something has gone wrong with an order, please email us first at hello@officialexo.com. We reply within one business day, and most problems are fixed faster than a dispute through your bank or card issuer. Where you can, please give us 7 days to put it right before opening a chargeback.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and product names, belongs to EXO or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest its content, or to submit false or misleading information, including fake reviews or fraudulent orders.
10. Disclaimer
This site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms and our policies, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, EXO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold EXO harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or our products.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New York, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
