The sale lands
The moment an order is placed with your code, the commission appears as Pending. It is recorded and attributed to you straight away.
The guarantee runs out
Commission stays pending for 35 days: the 30 day guarantee window plus a five day buffer for returns in transit. If the order is refunded in that time, the commission is cancelled automatically.
It becomes payable
Uncontested after 35 days, the commission moves to Cleared and joins the next monthly payout run. Nothing to chase and nothing to invoice.
