Accessibility Statement
EXO Labs is committed to making officialexo.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.
The standard we are working to
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What we have done so far
- Descriptive alternative text on product photography and informational graphics, so the content of an image is available to screen reader users
- A visible keyboard focus indicator throughout the site, so people navigating by keyboard can always see where they are
- Support for the reduced motion setting, so animations are minimised for visitors whose systems request it
- Text sized so it can be enlarged in the browser without breaking the layout
Known limitations
We are a small team and this site is a work in progress. Some areas have not yet been fully reviewed, and some third party components, such as embedded checkout and payment tools, are outside our direct control. We are working through these.
We do not use an accessibility overlay or accessibility widget. Those tools do not fix the underlying code, and we would rather correct the actual problems.
Tell us about a problem
If you run into something on this site you cannot use, please tell us. We want to know, and we will fix it.
Email hello@officialexo.com with the page address and a short description of what went wrong. We aim to respond within five business days.
If it is easier, you can also reach us through our contact page.
Feedback we act on
Reports from people who actually use assistive technology are the most useful thing we receive. If you tell us something is broken, we will treat it as a bug, not as a suggestion.
